Introduction
Electronic receipt box service is the self service that Bank of China provides to customers by using specialized equipment. Firstly, customers identify themselves with their IC card or password at the front-end of the electronic receipt box, and then they can help themselves to get the receipt, check balance of related account, and print paper receipts like bank-corporate reconciliation receipt, reconciliation receipt, interest slip and business receipt, etc.

Scope of Application
It is applicable to entity customers when applying for using self-service equipment to get business receipt and print bank statement in the opening bank in China.

Application Qualifications
Customers should sign the service agreement with Bank of China.
Process
1. After the agreement comes into effect, the opening bank will issue the IC card to customers, set related passwords, and open the Electronic Receipt Box service;
2. Customers use the exclusive receipt box to handle all kinds of self-service account services.
Kind Reminder
1. Various dishonored bills in settlement business can not be transmitted through the electronic receipt box.
2. Customers shall get the receipts in time to avoid the receipt box overloaded.
