Process
1. A customer who opens a temporary deposit account for capital verification needs to present the Notice of Pre-Approval of Enterprise Name issued by the administration for industry and commerce;
2. After the capital has been in place, the branch will confirm the situation on the request letter and feedback relevant information to the administration for industry and commerce;
3. When the customer goes through capital verification procedures with the administration of industry and commerce, the administration will examine both capital verification report submitted by the customer and capital inspection information of the bank;
4. Finally, the customer transfers or returns capital at the bank with relevant certificates issued by the administration.
Kind Reminder
Capital return is available only when the capital has been contributed in cash. The customer can get it with original cash receipt.
