3. Bank of China, tax authorities and People's Bank of China synchronously provide a payment platform to realize such functions as deduction and transaction enquiry.
Scope of Application
It is applicable to both entity and individual customers for domestic intra-city tax payment.
Application Qualifications
Taxpayers, tax authorities and the bank shall sign a trilateral agreement.
Process
1. Taxpayer declares and pays the state or local taxes through Bank of China or tax authorities;
2. Tax deduction from the taxpayer's account is done after the automatic check on the agreement conducted by the tax authorities and the bank.
