On June 25, "2013 China Women Philanthropy Forum", organized by the China Women's Development Foundation and the China Philanthropy Research Institute, took place in Beijing. BOC was listed among the "Top 10 Women-Caring Enterprises" for its outstanding performance in supporting women's philanthropy and caring for female staff.
China Women Philanthropy Forum, which has been held three times, aims to summarize developments of women's philanthropy and keep pooling social strength to promote the healthy development of the women's philanthropy of China. In 2012, BOC donated for the program of "Mother Health Express" intended to help improve the living quality of women in poverty-stricken areas and promote the healthy development of the women's cause of China.
